Digital lung

This project focuses on developing an innovative framework for the non-invasive, accurate, and affordable detection of early-stage lung cancer.

The major goal is to integrate information from cell-free DNA (cfMethyl-Seq) methylome analysis with low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) imaging. By combining these two distinct data modalities, the project aims to create a powerful diagnostic tool that can precisely determine the malignancy of lung nodules. This integrated approach is expected to improve the early detection of lung cancer, offering a less invasive alternative to current methods.
