Integrative analysis of multi-omics datasets is transforming cancer research and patient care. To fully utilize the petabyte-scale data within the Cancer Research Data Commons (CRDC), this project aims to seamlessly integrate EarlyDx’s liquid biopsy cloud-computing platform with CRDC data repositories. Liquid biopsies provide a non-invasive way to interrogate tumor genomic and epigenomic profiles. The co-analysis of CRDC datasets with user-provided blood data is expected to ensure broad user adoption of the CRDC.

Building on a successful Phase I prototype that integrated informatics tools with CRDC multi-omics datasets, the goal of this Phase II project is to:

  • Finalize the Phase I prototype for multi-omics analysis.
  • Expand the platform to integrate imaging data from the CRDC.
  • Implement deep learning tools for integrative multi-omics and radiomics analysis.
  • Implement diagnostic tools.
  • Recruit at least 100 users for usability testing.

This cloud-based environment will facilitate multimodal analysis of methylation and imaging-derived features, with initial piloting focused on lung cancer. The platform's integration with CRDC will accelerate cancer research and promote clinical applications for cancer detection and treatment across broad populations.
